I always wait a while to write a review in case problems arise with products and services at a later date. I must say Rob and Tom have been amazing! We built our own house and they installed all the digital cables for the internet and wiring for the security cameras during the first fix and then came back a few months later to install the cameras and connect everything up. They worked really well with us and the other contractors. We had a couple of problems with the system at a later date but nothing was ever a problem for them. They were responsive and fixed the issues. Great customer service and great after sales support. I would highly recommend Smart Vision.

Did a great job of fitting our Samsung Frame TV on top of our wood burner stove fireplace. Mounted perfectly with no way of telling this is TV looks just like a picture frame until you turn it on. Smart Vision did a great job of hiding everything to give it a seamless look. All the aerial, smart connect box and power cables were moved into the cupboard next to the fireplace. We didn’t want any visible cables and Smart Vision were the only company locally who seemed to share this vision. The TV is mounted perfectly, exactly where we wanted it and it just looks like the picture frame that was there before. I would definitely recommend Smart Vision for all your TV and AV needs.

From initial contact to finish, Rob kept me informed of what was needed and when it would be done. Tom came today mounted my 50 inch screen, sound bar and hidden all the cables, he also made some adjustments on the TV the picture looks stunning. Excellent job done can’t recommend enough quality work from start to finish 👍👍👍👍
